During the 8 months that I used Orange, I experienced the most miserable level of service that one could ever expect from a European Commercial Company.

My shock and disbelief at the chaos and lack of professionalism behind 'The future is bright…' was so great, that I needed to scream.

This site is my attempt to alert all of you to my mistake in succumbing to Orange's hugely successful marketing campaign, promising the world. In reality I have had to deal with poor customer service and disorganised operations.

In addition to prevention this site is also designed to help those of you who have already signed a contract and are unhappy with the level of service you have been exposed to.
