This site belongs to Andrei Voronine and is a personal response to the eight months spent struggling with Orange customer service representatives.

I believe in freedom of speech. This site serves to help other consumers express dissatisfaction with the services they have received and warn potential customers of Orange.

In this time my nerves have been frayed beyond repair, I have wasted large amounts of time, put up with a non-functioning phone and been driven to early termination of contract.

Throughout my experience with Orange, I was never once able to talk to someone at management level. What began as a small irritation grew into a highly complicated problem later. Staff who were supposed to help, shocked me in their incompetence; flaws in the customer service system seemed to multiply as my attempts to solve my escalating problems continued.

All together my relationship with Orange has cost me in time, money and convenience:

  • My phone connection was switched off twice in one month
  • I have so far received 3 incorrect invoices
  • I have spent more than 10 hours on the phone with Orange staff
  • Paid over GBP100 in phone calls to Orange customer services
  • I have written 5 letters and never got a reply
  • 4 handsets have had to be replaced

I cannot recall being so frustrated in my life than with the level of service I received at the hands of Orange. I see this website and the personal money I use to develop and promote it as better spent in an attempt to warn others from future disappointment. I hope the power of Internet will go some way to outweigh the millions spent by Orange on advertising in their efforts to gloss over a miserable level of customer service.

I have no interest in any of the mobile service operators. This is purely personal and, if you wish, a charitable service. It is my hope that members of Senior Management at Orange will see and react constructively to this attempt to make them aware of the situation. Until this point I hope that I will help people to avoid my mistake or vote with their feet if they are not satisfied with the service.
